Profiles
Each VOYD Play account can have up to 5 profiles. Each profile has its own watchlist, watch progress, and Continue Watching section. This is useful if you share your account with family members.
Create a profile
Go to your profile settings and create a new profile. Profile names can be up to 50 characters.
Switch profiles
Select a different profile from the profile selector. Your watchlist and progress are tied to the active profile.
Delete a profile
Deleting a profile permanently removes its watchlist and watch progress. This cannot be undone.
My List (Watchlist)
Save content for later by tapping the bookmark or add icon on any title. You can find your saved items in the My List tab:
Mobile app: Tap My List in the bottom tab bar.
Web: Click My List in the sidebar.
On mobile, you can pull down to refresh your list and use edit mode to remove multiple items at once.
Watch progress
Your watch progress saves automatically. If you stop partway through a video, you'll see it in the Continue Watching (mobile) or Keep Watching (web) section on the home screen. Progress syncs across all your devices as long as you're signed into the same account and using the same profile.
Good to know
Your watchlist and progress are per-profile, not per-device.
You can stream on one device at a time. Starting playback on a new device stops it on the other.
When an episode ends, the next one starts automatically after a short countdown.
