Managing your subscription

View your plan, change between monthly and yearly, cancel, restore, and check payment history

View your subscription

  • Mobile app: Go to the Profile tab (bottom right). The Membership section shows your current plan, status badge (Active or Ending), and billing dates.

  • Web: Click your name in the sidebar and select the Membership tab. You'll see your plan, time remaining, last/next payment dates, and a progress bar.

Change your plan

You can switch between Monthly and Yearly billing:

  1. Go to your membership settings (Profile tab on mobile, My Account > Membership on web).

  2. Tap Change Plan.

  3. Select your new plan and confirm.

Your new plan takes effect on your next billing date.

Cancel your subscription

  • Mobile app: Go to the Profile tab, find the Membership section, and tap Cancel. You'll be asked for optional feedback, then confirm.

  • Web: Open My Account, go to the Membership tab, and click Cancel Membership. You'll be asked "What's not working for you?" with optional feedback, then confirm.

After cancelling:

  • You keep access until your current billing period ends.

  • Your subscription won't renew.

  • You can restore anytime before it expires.

Cancellation does not immediately remove your access. You've paid for the current period and can keep watching until it ends.

Restore a cancelled subscription

Changed your mind? Before your access expires:

  • Mobile app: Go to the Profile tab and tap Restore Membership in the Membership section.

  • Web: Open My Account, go to the Membership tab, and click Restore your plan.

Your subscription is reactivated and will renew automatically.

Subscription status

Your membership page shows your current status:

  • Active - You have full access and your subscription will renew automatically.

  • Cancelled (mobile shows "Ending") - You still have access until your current period ends, but it won't renew. You can restore before it expires.

  • Expired - Your billing period has ended. Subscribe again to regain access.

Payment history

  • Mobile app: Go to the Profile tab and tap Payment History.

  • Web: Open My Account and select the Payments tab.

Subscription works on all devices

Whether you subscribed on the website or through the mobile app, your subscription gives you access everywhere. Just sign in with the same account on any device.
