Accepted payments on web and mobile, promo codes, and troubleshooting payment issues

Accepted payment methods

On the website (voydplay.tv): We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider.

On the mobile app: Payment is handled through Apple's App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) using your existing payment method on that store.

Whichever way you pay, your subscription works on all devices. Just sign in with the same account.

Promo codes and VIP codes

Have a code? Enter it during checkout on the website:

  1. Choose your plan.

  2. On the payment screen, look for Add promotion code or Add code.

  3. Enter your code and tap Apply.

  4. The discount will be applied to your order.

VIP codes give you a free trial period. You won't be charged until the trial ends.

Payment issues

If your payment fails:

  1. Check that your card details are correct.

  2. Ensure your card hasn't expired.

  3. Try a different payment method.

  4. Contact your bank if the issue persists.

Seeing "Too many requests"? Wait a moment and try again.

Payment went through but no access

If you were charged but content is still locked:

  • If you see "Taking longer than expected", tap Continue to Browse or Retry Check.

  • Try signing out and back in to refresh your subscription.

  • On mobile, make sure your app is updated to the latest version.

  • Check your membership status: on mobile go to the Profile tab, on web open My Account and select the Membership tab.

Your payment has been received. It sometimes takes a moment for the subscription to confirm.

Billing questions

All prices include VAT where applicable. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period.

View your payment history: on mobile tap Payment History in the Profile tab, on web open My Account and select the Payments tab.
