Fixes for video loading, buffering, and sign-in issues

Video won't load

  1. Check your internet connection

  2. Refresh the page or restart the app

  3. Try a different browser (web) or update the app (mobile)

  4. Clear your browser cache (web)

Video keeps buffering

  • Switch to a stronger WiFi connection

  • Close other apps using bandwidth

  • Try lowering video quality if the option is available

"Content not available in your region"

VOYD Play has regional restrictions. If you see this message, the service or specific content isn't available in your location.

Sign-in issues

Didn't receive the sign-in email?

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Make sure you entered the correct email

  • Try using Google or Apple sign-in instead

Sign-in with Google/Apple failed?

  • Try again in a moment

  • Check that your Google/Apple account is working

  • Try a different browser or device

Payment issues

Payment failed

  • Verify your card details are correct

  • Check that your card hasn't expired

  • Try a different payment method

  • Wait a moment if you see "Too many requests"

Payment is "taking longer than expected"

Your payment went through - we're just confirming your subscription. Tap Continue to Browse or Retry Check.
