I paid but can't watch
If you've subscribed but content still shows as locked or you're asked to subscribe:
Check your subscription status:
Mobile app: Go to the Profile tab and look at the Membership section.
Web: Click your name in the sidebar and select the Membership tab.
If it says "Taking longer than expected", tap Continue to Browse or Retry Check. Your payment went through; we're just confirming it.
Make sure you're signed into the same account that paid. Check your email in your profile settings.
Try signing out and back in. This refreshes your subscription.
On mobile, make sure your app is updated to the latest version.
If it works on one device but not another, try signing out and back in on the device that isn't working. Your subscription works on all devices as long as you're signed into the same account.
Video won't load
Check your internet connection.
Refresh the page or restart the app.
Try a different browser (web) or update the app (mobile).
Clear your browser cache (web).
Video keeps buffering
Switch to a stronger WiFi connection.
Close other apps using bandwidth.
"Content not available in your region"
VOYD Play has regional restrictions. If you see this message, the service or specific content isn't available in your location.
Sign-in issues
Didn't receive the sign-in email?
Check your spam/junk folder.
Make sure you entered the correct email.
Try Google or Apple sign-in instead.
Sign-in with Google/Apple failed?
Try again in a moment.
Check that your Google/Apple account is working.
Try a different browser or device.
Note: On the mobile app, sign-in uses email (OTP code) and Google (Android only). On the web, Google, Apple, and email (magic link) are all available.
Payment issues
Payment failed
Verify your card details are correct.
Check that your card hasn't expired.
Try a different payment method.
Wait a moment if you see "Too many requests".
Payment is "taking longer than expected"
Your payment went through. We're just confirming your subscription. Tap Continue to Browse or Retry Check.
