Refund policy
VOYD Play does not provide refunds or credits for started subscription periods. This applies to both Monthly and Yearly plans.
However, if you are in Sweden, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59). If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may be entitled to a refund for the unused portion.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and details of your request.
Cancelling your subscription
When you cancel, you keep full access until your current billing period ends. Your subscription simply won't renew. You can restore your plan anytime before access expires.

Account deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data under GDPR. To do so, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
When your account is deleted:
Your account and all associated data (profiles, watchlist, watch progress) will be permanently removed.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it first. Deleting your account does not automatically stop billing from the payment provider (Apple, Google, or our web payment provider).
Personal data is retained for no longer than 6 months after account closure, as stated in our Privacy Policy.
