Your subscription works everywhere
Whether you subscribed on the website or through the mobile app, your subscription gives you access on all platforms. Just sign in with the same account.
Streaming limits
You can stream on one device at a time per account. If you start watching on another device, playback will stop on the first device. This is not a subscription issue; your subscription is still active.
Keeping your app up to date
For the best experience, always keep the VOYD Play app updated. The app may occasionally require an update before you can continue. Install the latest version from the App Store or Google Play when prompted.
